Where do you ship from?
From our fulfilment partner in Singapore — every order, every region. Designed in Tokyo, packed and shipped from SG.
How long does shipping take?
Singapore: 1–2 business days. Southeast Asia: 3–5 business days. Asia-Pacific (JP, KR, HK, AU): 5–8 business days. Rest of world: 8–14 business days. We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation.
What's the return policy?
30 days, no questions asked, for anything you can repack. Returns within Singapore are at our cost; international returns are at-cost — but in most cases we'd rather send a replacement than process a return.
What if it arrives broken?
Email us a photo. We send a replacement within 24 hours and don't ask you to return the broken one. This is the policy because we've broken enough sharing pots ourselves to know.
Duties and taxes?
Paid by the recipient on import. We don't mark items as gifts to dodge customs (and you shouldn't either; it bites you later).
