How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Indonesia): 2–4 business days. International: 7–14 business days, customs depending. We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation.
What's the return policy?
30 days, no questions asked, for anything you can repack. We'll send you a prepaid label for domestic returns; international returns are at-cost.
What if it arrives broken?
Email us a photo. We send a replacement within 24 hours and don't ask you to return the broken one. This is the policy because we've broken enough sharing pots ourselves to know.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient — we don't mark items as gifts to dodge customs (and you shouldn't either; it bites you later).
